Scratch touchups/polishing tips?

Scratch touchups/polishing tips?
I used the brush on type of scratch touchup paint on my car. I was wondering, can anyone lend any tips as to polishing it out for a better looking fit/finish? Thanks.

Axle/Gears: Moser 9", 4.11:1
Sand it smooth, repaint if necessary til its flat and wetsand til smooth. Clearcoat, wetsand, and buff. Thats pretty much it, theres a tech article on this site about it. I used it on my 92 RS and it worked great.
