HELP! scratches in paint

hey guys i need help my car has very odd scratches in the paint. They aren't swirl marks but straight scratches mainly on the hood. But you can't feel them on the car it's like they are underneath the clear coat maybe? You can only see them at certain angles the only time I notice them is when my car is in the garage and the window in front of the car lets outside light in and you look at the hood you see the scratches it's kinda hard to explain
but I think i got them from when i claybared my car would not having the paint lubricated enough do this? Second I have tried countless products to get these out and nothing works, Does anyone know a good product to use on the scratches or how i can get them out?

Well, they may be under the clear coat since you can't feel them. But if they are UNDER the clear coat (as in the clear was layed over them) you would've noticed them a long time ago. If the scratches look so deep that the paint is missing, there's no fixing that except with a bran new paint job. Take it to a body shop, preferrably someone you know, and see what they think. I would only be able to tell if I saw it in person.
