Before and after

I was just looking through some old disks and found a couple of old pics of the bird before alot of the mods. I think these were about a year ago. I was lookign at these and the new pics i have and was liek wow thats one hell of a difference. Got to admit for a 17 year old thsi car has come along way. (along way to the tune of 7k). The looks have changed since the earlier by paint, wheel color, exhaust tips, seats, door stripping's gone and the firebird emblems replaced with the firebirdGT decals. I was reflecting on all the good times i had with this car seeing as how i'm selling it and i just wanted to see if everyoen else was as impressed with how it came out as i was. Let me have the comments on the looks guys i think its a totally new car. It went from a primer grey colored barely runnign basket case to something i've one classes at local shows with. I bought it to fix it up and sell it make a little cash and buy something nice but it grew on me. Long story short 2.5 years and 7k$$ later and i'm finally done with it and selling it.

Early bird.

I have to say as happy as i am with it i still miss the days when i wasnt worried about rain or snow. Now as soon as the rain stops the car is getting hosed down. But all the work payed off. I now have something i'm really proud of.

Its steel alloy metallic. I had to change the pic to a newer one with the rims painted .

i really like the new color. it needs some better rims. what kind of spoiler is on that? i don't really care for the firebird gt emblems either, what exactly is a firebird gt? overall i'd say it's a pretty nice car, why are you selling it?

I put up a new pic of the painted rims they look better than the all silver ones i wish they were bigger, its the iroc center section for the spoiler and a firebirdGT emblems were what i made up to have in replacement for the old ones as kind of a custom thing to finish it off.

well unless it was in his twin turbo 350 setup which he never posted pics of, left the boards due to constant harassment from the lying and excuses he made about not having pics, and then came back to the boards and confessed that he didn't have one and everything as a-ok. now he comes back and pulls the same stuff. hey if it really is a twin turbo 350 show some pics, i might know someone who's interested in buyign it, email me if you have to.

Well, let's see: That's probably $50 for the junkyard Cavalier seats (out of a 4 door so they don't even recline to let people in the back seat). $5.00 for the spray paint for the wheels, $300 for the Maaco paint (the door jambs are still dark grey- it's just an exterior respray), and $6645 for the "Firebird GT" decals.

Didn't you supposedly just sell that piece like a couple of months ago? And then you bought it back? Now your selling it again? 7k?

The guy admitted to being wrong. Yes, many of us can't justify how he spent that kind of money on that car. But we all know where these threads end up going. All I can see this one going is to hell, therefore I'll prevent it from ever getting there.
