What should I do?

I recently noticed I have a scratch in my paint near my drivers side door. Its not very big but it will drive me crazy the more I look at it. Can you guys give me any ideas on how to remedy my problem?

I hope that pic shows up I'm not really sure what I'm doing...

Ouch don't ya just hate that!
Get yourself some toughup paint & paint the scratch several times until it builds up to the same level or use spott putty, over a few days allowing it to fully dry. Use a real small paint brush & try & just paint the "scratch"!. Thats the easy bit, now get some wet rub (1200 or finer) and very lightly & carefully sand back until flat. almost impossible not to sand scratch only without hitting good paint. Now get some rubbing/cutting compound & rub back the area then polish by hand or with a buff. good luck
Oh and be REALLY CAREFULL near the edges as you will sand or cut through the paint really easy, Take your time!

That should be pretty easy to touch up. There is a tech article on touching up little scratches on the Tech Articles part that you can use. I used it for fixing a pretty major scratch on my RS and it worked great.

ok heres the deal you need to give me the car and go get another one without the scratch there so it wont bother you.

Seriously though it dont look all that bad if you dont feel confident about touching it up take it to a body shop and see what they say, shouldnt charge you a whole lot for that little scratch.

If you really wanted to get rid of the scratch, you'd offer it more than just a mere dollar.
