Hello I thought i replyed to the paint question last night or so but if i did it is not showing up. Anyway, the hood will be shipped with a grey gelcoat color. The hood will first need to be test fitted to you car to be sure of proper fit then block sanded, primered and then painted to match you paint. There are about 3 different shades to all factory paint codes when the car is new. For this reason it is best to go to a paint supplier who has a camara that they can photo your car's color and then put that into their computer and that way they can match your car's current color and shade. This is about the best way i know of to get a color match correctly. Hope that helps. se ya rex

I was lloking at the big block hood today for my 91'. It's the closest thing to what I already have but in foberglass, and with no seams and all that pain in the *** that goes with bolting a scoop onto a metal hood.

All I know is There will be an awfully sexy looking 1991 RS on Rex's website if I win. When i get the new hood, I'm repainting the whole car, and the stripes are not going all the way up to the windshield on the hood, they are going to fade to the artic blue about 2/3 the way up.
