Polishing kits?

I was about to order the stuff to polish my wheels and I saw two kits on eastwood's site. The 69.29 and the 35.99

What are the 3 bags of stuff that comes with the 69 one. I am going to be polishing some Trans Am lace wheels which all I need to do is knock off the machine lines and polish, I don't have any casting to knock off. Which set do I need to use.

These are the wheels I am working on. I have read all the tech articals and sticky post. Which kit do I need, to do these wheels.

Also what would be a brand of tripoli compound, no one local store I have called has known what I was talking about. I was thinking about just picking everything up at the paint store, but the guy didn't know what it was.
