Car: 1990 Camaro RS

Engine: LO3: 305 TBI

Transmission: Auto

Axle/Gears: 1997 Trans Am rear w/ posi -3.23

Is this safe?

I'm running 17X9.5" ZR1's all the way around and am getting a lot of rubbing with the wheel and the outer tie rod. So, I'm wondering what can I do to fix the problem? Would it be safe to run slip on spacers along with 2.25" skulte adapters? Any help is appreciated.
