Paint inside the Center Piece

Paint inside the Center Piece
My tail light center piece lost some paint on the inside, making it look a little weird with a light spot. What kind of paint did GM use to paint the black around the Bird and the "PONTIAC" on the center piece?
Here's a pic:
If you look above the "ON" in PONTIAC, you'll see its a little discolored, as I have tried to paint this with the wrong kind of paint.
