wheel rust removal
I have cragar super street wheels. They are steel and the car I got them off of had been sitting for about 2 years. They have a lil rust on the lip of the rim on each wheel. How do I remove it, without scartching the finish and how can I prevent it from happening again. Thanks

Thats just it, I dont know anything about polishing, buffing or sanding. I dont know what I should use or how to use it?
