i have a question for you guys,i had my windows tinted about 2 weeks ago and now my passenger tinting is gettin destroyed,what can i adjust to keep it from happening again?,i will have to get my window redone i just dont want that to happen again

 

how is it getting destroyed? you have to be more specific. when i got mine tinted, the shop told me not to roll it down for atleast a week or something. did you get any type of warranty with it? sounds like it'll need to be redone

 

it's gettin scratched in some parts of the window like if something were rubbing against the window.he told me not to roll it down for 2 days and i did,but i dont know what to adjust to keep it from happening again. thank you for answering

 

sounds like thier might be a serious problem, maybe take the door panel off and see if you can see anything rubbing.

 

i'm willing to bet that the pads that the window slides against while going up and down is whats doing it. mine has been doiong it as well and i plan on just glueing a new peice of fabric on it.

 

I had the same problem in my 91 vert- naturally right after the windows were tinted..... Bad felts-worn out in some spots, other spots had crusty buildups scratching that nice new tint...
