What do you think of this??

I am currently giving my Formula a real make-over. It is getting a new USbody source Ram Air II hood. A 90-92 Z28 Replica hi-rise spoiler. Trans Am ground Effects. Trans Am front and rear bumpers. New paint GM487 DRK Mulberry. 97 Camaro color (Dark Purple). And a street glow package (purple neon of corse).

WELL LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK AND HOW YOU WOULD IMPROVE ON IT!!

I really like the Z28 high rise spoilers on third gen birds. But, remember that your car is a Formula, it was great because of it's light weight. Adding all that stuff kinda takes away from it.

BUT! It's your car and you do whatever makes you happy! I put an ASCD Ram Air hood on my car even though it's a GTA. I really like how it looks, and that's all that matters

Exactly as Dirk says. Do what you want to your car. Everybody will have their opinions but yours matters most.

BTW I think it sounds pretty sweet.

I agree with the last two that it's your car and you should do what you want, but since you asked for my opinion, you're going to get it!

I personally think it's a shame to mess up a formula that bad. If you want it to look like a Trans Am, you should buy one. I think the hood will look great, but that's it. I think the 91-2 Z28 spoiler looks horrible on everything, especially non 91-2 Z28s. I love the Formula spoiler. I like how formulas look in general. They look so uncluttered compared to TAs.

I guess I believe that you should accentuate what you have instead of trying to transform it into something else. It irks me when I see a base camaro with IROC decals, or other mods that try to make it look like a different model.

Please don't take this as criticism, only as my honest opinion.

Ram air hoods look great on a formula. I'd stick with that, maybe some wheels. Cody on the "other" thirdgen board has this look and it looks great, having seen it in person.

i have the suncoast ram-air hood and the AS&I aerowing, the lines of the car look so sweet. everything matches up great. that ram-air II hood is gonna look real mean. i guess the Z wing could complement it, but from what im visualizing is its missing something
maybe some fat tires or 2" drop.

I like the idea! I've actually been planning on doing something similar, but w/different ground effects. But, I'm waiting on $$$! (Isn't everybody?!) I think it will look sweet, but like everybody else is saying, it's what you want!
