Are bras bad for your paint and car? I want to get one to cover the scratches on the bottom of my front end from the curbs and bumps in the road. Would you recomend one or just live with the scratches for now?

if the nose is the only problem, dont get a bra. It will cause scratches on the hood, fenders, and possibly the nose if anything gets under the bra.
On the other hand, if your whole nose is faded because you have crappy GM red paint, go for it

yeah dude, dont get a bra unless your front end is in bad shape... like if the paint is flaking off....
it will only scratch up the paint worse if you put it on... bra's do more harm than good

i have a sport coupe that has a "tanline" from having a bra on. all of the top surfaces on the car faded except for the nose and the very front of the hood. the car's got other cosmetic issues anyways, though, partially attributed to the van nuys paint.
