Orbital Buffer Question

I just recently got my car painted and now I am doing the finishing work on it. It has been wet sanded, could probably use a little more, and now I am using the Turtle Wax rubbing compound with a cloth and then following it up with the Meguires Glaze #7. It looks like there are streaks after I get it all done and I am wondering if an orbital buffer would work to help. I am not really looking for a show quality paint job but I would like to get rid of the streaks. The streaks are just like a hazy streak but goes away a bit when I use the glaze but come back when the glaze wears off. If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. I don't want my new paint job to go to hell. Let me know what I should use with the buffer and how I should do it because I have never used one before. I would go slow with it so I don't burn the paint but I just would like it to look better.

I dont think any orbital buffer that i have seen or read about has the ability to remove swirl marks. You will need a good quality rotary buffer to remove swirl marks. I have used my makita 9227 on a setting of 3, which = ~1000RPM's with excellent results.

As long as you keep the speed slow enough they're just as safe as an orbital buffer.

Hope this helps. . .

They are not swirl marks it just looks as if there was maybe too much pressure with the rubbing compund but not really sure. Was hoping if I use an orbital buffer I could get rid of them.
