I was wondering what the most popular rims where for us thirdgenners.
I would like everyone to post a reply with whatever type of rim they have installed aftermarket with a pic as well if possible. I need Idea's for my car and I just want to see what rim looks best.

the torque thrust II's are the most classic design used to date on most hotrods of any style. they seem to be liked highly here as well. it really comes down to budget as the budget minded often opt for 4thgen wheels and use adapters....

there is probably a reason as if they were popular rims you wouldn't be the only one.

i appreciate that, no its not from hawks it was on the car when i bought it not sure where it was purchased from but its a nice piece imo.

firebird89355 thank you, it wasn't a rude comment on your wheels. i'm the only thirdgen with my wheels too. doesn't make them popular but doesn't mean they aren't liked. they look good on your car.

I've noticed a large increase in the people running 10-spoke SS wheels lately.....so I would put those up pretty high on the popularity list.

personally I want C4 Grand Sport wheels.

 

check out the michigan section over at camaroz28.com as there were 5 sets of chrome 10 spoke ss wheels going for $400 a set. a great looking wheel for that budget price.
