brake resevoir

Kind of a dumb question, but it the brake resevoir supposed to be that brownish color when new? I know the coolant and washer tanks discolor over time and new ones are a bright white, but I have never seen a white brake resevoir before. Do they look discolored when brand new?

The new ones I've seen are kind of yellowish.
