1GB of storage......:lala: (and it's free)
i went to the wesite and they dont have prices up yet. Hey kandied, to run the compressor , is it belt driven like an accessory or is it just powered or what .I have no clue about this stuff. Also would they " at air ride" tell me everything i need or be able to sell me the whole job from their place. Meaning do they have everything i need in stock .
call air ride technologies and talk with darren. explain to him you saw the 91 camaro with air ride on it and you want to know about the setup. they will sell you everything possible.
as far as the parts to make the bags/struts work like air line, compressor, tanks, valves, guages, etc. this is all options and choosen by preference. if you want a belt driven compressor so it's quiet and you always have air you could do that. i didn't so i have a electric compressor. viair 450 to be exact.
if you want it to rise quick then large tanks, large compressors, large valves and line are all necessary. i'm running air ride techs big red valve system with 3/8" air lines. using the ride pro-e controller with the new digital guage setup as well.
as far as their prices.....as i said they won't have them up for quite some time. for anyone interested you'll have to call and talk direct. there are too many options right now for the thirdgen for this setup so you'll need to talk with them to get the right parts for what you want. if you want the best ride and no loss of turning you'll need to go with the strutbags which pretty much eliminate the springs in the front so some may choose to do a coilover conversion front end and run just the struts like i am. for those who don't want to do that and are looking for the cheapest way you just replace the springs with bags and call it a day.
