What cleaner/degreaser to use?

I have a question I bought another LT1 intake I'm going to sell but I need to clean it up. The previous one I bought just had minor deposits and oil build up and was easy to clean. Then had a friend sand blast it. Looks good.

But the one I recently bought has gunk and kind of thick layer of oil inside the intake. How can I get it off and clean? Carb cleaner isn't strong enough with out me brushing it with something to remove it. Anything particular you guys use?

thanks,

how about your local machine shop they have stuff for that. some type of boil out tank would clean everything off it. or a parts washer if you have a buddy with a garage.
