Changing from 1990 to 91/92 appearance

Anyone know the cheapest way...it seems the 91/92 nose cone, rear cover, and rear wing are pretty expensive compared to other years.

I'm sure that they are just more expensive because they are a couple years newer. 91 and 92 were also transition years I think, switching body styles etc. But I found that the cheapest place to buy body parts was... at my Advanced Auto, or Parts America, one of the two. The store near me had a deal going with someone, and they grabbed a grille for only $20.00! I looked in my classic industries cataloug, and they wanted something like $50.00. I had to drill My own holes for the license plate, but for $20.00 I was happy to do it...

Try copartfinder.com. It is a listing of junkyards. You put in your zip code then what type of vehicle then it spits out a listing of all the cars registered in it.

Check out ebay.com I see that kind of stuff there all day long. i believe a guy right now has a nose cone to a 91 z(white cone with black pockets) i dont know if it is still up there but i saw a gfx kit there too, all kinds of goodies. ps.. if you are going to check it out, use different names in the search engines. ex. 91 camaro 1991 camaro 92 camaro 1992 camaro each one will bring up different ****. good luck

It seems to me that you are talking about a firebird, judging from your signature, yes?

If you are, classic industries has a firebird catalog that has all the parts neccessary, shark nose, rear, and everything... except the spoiler. Go to their site, classicindustries.com, the site stinks, but you can get them to send you the actalog for free. Also, fenderent.com has the parts as well, i just dont use them cuz the site annoys me. Hope this helps.

Buying the stuff new is WAY expensive. Just get it used.
