Hey guys I was just washing my car and of course my AR wheels when I noticed that there appeard to be some rust spots. I rubed realy hard but nothing came off. Is this rust or caked on break dust? IS there anything I can do to save them?

 

do you have any pics you could show us. What type of metal are they , Aluminum or steel or what . Are they chrome or polished or painted .???????????????

 

Here is a small pic of my wheels. Ill get a better one of the rust spots, but here it is.
