Painting wheels?

Is it a difficult job to paint your own rims? What kind of paint do you use and what is the whole process?

Also, my windows are very wobbly and don't go all the way up nor do they seal very well. Will a Window/Glass auto shop fix all of this or will I have to do it myself? If I get all the parts for them, will they do it for me?

I almost forgot, they are manual windows and most of the parts inside look rusted.

Painting Wheels

Its not that hard to paint your wheels, i repainted mine 92z wheels not too long ago. Time wise, it all depends on with wheel design and paint scheme.
