will SS wheels fit on my 88 iroc?

I was sondering if SS wheels will fit on my 88 iroc without changing things? I think that I have 5 by 4 3/4. Correct me if I'm wrong.

They will fit with adapters. The adapters are expensive, up around $300 for a set.
