Cool man I wanna see it back in good shape, your car is one of my favorites.

As for the bad memories, i had to drive to my buddies shop with no hatch when someone shot it with a BB gun

ive always thought it would be cool to make a camaro /firebird 2 seater truck... wouldnt be difficult, you'd justh ave to fabricate a wiindow, some good bracing, and yeah... it could be done.

removing the glass sounds like an idea to use for hauling a gang of people to the beach on sunny day. thirdgens do have that almost truck like platform, but by no means do I think an El Camaro is cool.

chevrolet actually made a concept camaro called the 'Caribe' that had a pickup box instead of a trunk. I cant seem to find any pics of it though.

I saw,in the back of a magazine a while back, a kit where you take out the glass and put in a bed(also the el camino type rear window) to make an el camaro.I thought about doing that to an '83 SC t hat I had but a red light runner pretty much killed that idea.
