Question about Wheel Buffs.

Ive read all the articles I could find on stripping, painting and polishing wheels, and im in the process of ordering the supplies I need from Eastwood co.
My question is about the polishing wheels themselves, I know which to use, but there seems to be 2 types of each wheel, a "normal" one and a "treated" one (yellow in color) So my question would be, which one is the best to use? Also, Im suppose to use a Hard spiral sewn and a Soft spiral sewn for the 4 step process, but all I can find on the site is Spiral sewn, how can I make sure I get the right ones? Thanks in advance, hope its not a stupid question.
