racing stripes

i am about to acquire an 88 candy apple red camaro with gold groun fx i was thinking about putting almost a goldish colored racing stripes on it but ghosting them in does anyone think thos would look tight or what.

personally i wouldnt, i think the gold stripes would be to much, ghosting them on is another idea, but most likly by you having them ghosted on its not going to look like its gold

the car just has the normal hood on it right now, and i wouldnt put louvers on a hood if my life depended on it. but to each his own

U got pics of the soon to be doomed car? 92_maro's right, if you ghost on gold, is prolly not gonna look that gold. Talk to a body shop first to see if they can make it happen tho....

i never was a fan of having stripes on a car that's already two tone, whether theyre ghosted or not, but that's just IMHO

Check with a local vinyl shop........Aggggggh, I said the "V" word...
See if they can hook you up with some vinyl stripes in yer fav color..... GOLD!!
It would be cheaper than painting them on and if you get flamed every day for the rest of your life for them, then you can easily peel them off
