Well, the previous owner of my car put a pretty bad paint job on it, at least in some places where things weren't taped off. And the paint is flaking off my spoiler. Everytime I open the hatch, I end up with blue paint chips on my hands. I was looking at it, and the spoiler is black underneath, and I was thinking that maybe I would just get the rest of the cheap paint off it and leave it black. Does anybody have any ideas on how to take the paint off, short of flaking it off by hand, that wouldn't require me to paint the spoiler when I'm done?
