T-Top Cleaning

Hey guys, I got a problem. My car sat for a few years before I bought it, and the T-Tops have some sort of build-up on them. The glass is not smooth, it is rough to the touch, and nasty looking from the outside. From the inside, you can barely even see through it. Has any one else expirenced this problem? It takes away from the smoothness of the car, and would like to figure out how to get it off. I tried the pressure washer, and the soap mix at the car wash. I tried hand washing it. so far i've had no good results, if you got an idea on how to get it off, please let me know.

thanks, Kyle

their glass right , cant you take a razor to them to scrape the crap off them . What about a strong clear on them too . Let it sit a while and it should loosen it up . Try some simple green . It worked on my bros car.

If they are plexiglass it wont come out unless you polish them. There have been a couple of people here that have done it to their ttops with incredible results. look around. & good luk.
