go to autozone and get some aircraft remover. Just pour it on, and wipe it around with a cloth, let it sit for a few while you watch the paint dissolve before your eyes, then wipe it off.

Oh, wear some really good gloves and don't get it anywhere on your skin

 

yeah i was going to suggest that also...aircraft stripper worked really well on my gta rims.
