custom tail lights

iv seen a few guys on here with it dont, just the all red lights with no amber. iv looked around but i cant find any info on doing it.
can some one gimmi some info or a link on how to do it. and wat kinda paint to use

go out to ur local hobby shop or somewhere that sells model paint

pick up a can of #1605 canky apple red testors paint

clean and tape everything off give it enough coats to where the red matches the other reds pretty much and your done

i did about 3 coats. Alot of people also use a clear coat but i didnt get the chance too and i havent had any problem so im not worried about it.

so i just paint right on the out side of the light? just clean it and throw some paint on, but wont it scratch off easly though ?

put some clear coat on it after (a few coats) that way you can buff them shiny too.....I did mine black
