Airbrushed Emblems ???
Over the summer im going to be working on my 86 Z28, and was going to do a white/black scheme. Trying to get some feedback to see what you guys think would look "clean"
I plan on shaving the handles, and antenna, repainting it white, and it has the black hood vents, windows are tinted black, not sure if i should paint the stock 15in rims black, and keep the face polished.
Im in the process of stripping the car and theres about a
1/2 in. "Dip" where the emblems where, i was thinking about filling that with fiberglass and then , having Z28 airbrushed in black where the old emblems where. Im not going to do it to the emblem on the back bumper.
Not sure on how it would look with the whole car white, it looks good on the 91-92's with the ground effects the same color, but i dont know about the 82+
Just trying to get some opinions,
Thanks

I see this is your first post, welcome aboard! I think that would be a decent idea. If nothing else, you would have a fairly unique feature on your car not often seen. It would have to be done tastefully though. My brother has a '67 maro and he has painted emblems on the fenders, looks pretty good. I'll see if I can get some pics. It has LS1 in decent size letters, then Camaro across the middle. Pretty neat. Good luck man, let us know what you end up doing.

airbrushing
I would airbrush them on. It makes the car look really nice in the end. I am going to airbrush the birds on my firebird when I start school again in the fall.
