When will these picture be up on the site again?

I would also like to know when the section will be back up. Every thread that has been started on this topic hasn't been replied to. I miss that section.

 

Maybe it is because it was so abused. I remember browsing it and finding pictures of peoples PCs and pickup trucks. Friggin' idiots. They'd probably need dedicated moderators just for it.

 

Then if that's the case, WHY, is it, that everytime someone asks to have people show their car, for one reason or another, a MOD comes on and refers the person to search the Rides section?

Either it's coming back, or the post to see "a red camaro", are bound to increase.

Personally, I used it quite a bit, to get a look at others rides.

If it's gone, then please remove it from the main page.

Check the dates on those posts where a MOD refers the member to the Reader's Rides, I'd be willing to bet it was from before they were down.

I agree, it was a good source for pictures. But there is no need for people to post generic picture requests just to tie up bandwidth. There are other ways to find pictures like CarDomain, google, etc.

And as for the original question, I don't think anyone really knows when it will be back.

 

It's gonna be a while. Were not sure exactly where we're going with it yet.
