/// question inside ///

Okay, anyone here have any experience with the "Cool Blue" head lamps from sylvania(i think that is the name).
they say they are street legal, but I heard stories about cops breaking the really bright ones on some peoples cars.

I would like to get them but I don't want them to be broken by the cops because to them, the lights are not street legal.

Another question is, can I fit a head lamp into a fog lamp assembly in the grill. I will be using one of my older driving lamps to go in there. If there is anyone with any experience with this question, please help me.

I am sure it depends on the state.Here in va.it would just be a reason to pull you.anyway,I think some off these things really mess with on-coming drivers eyes.just my opinon.

I know. where I live there are some really, really dumb rednecks that think it is cool to drive around with their brights on, and those hurt. I just would like to see them react when I turn on 3 sets of "HIGH INTENSTITY" brights.

Anyway I also live in deer infested country and I would like that extra birghtness to see them coming.

I have the cool blue headlights for the dims and brights on my IROC. I have not had any problems with the police nor do I see any reason why I would. The lights are somewhat brighter than the stock lights and are a much more appealing color. They are not exactly like the newer cars have (with the blue colored bulbs) they are much more tame than that. I do not see how these could be distracting to other drivers unless the headlights are out of adjustment and are shining in the oncoming drivers' eyes. I would recommend them.

I just read the site and That was a great help. can anyone give me any suggestions on a bright white bulb that will fit?

Another question is, why don't they coat the lenses with a greenish tint. we are supposed to see greens better than anything else. that is why night vision goggles have a green tint to them.
