Ive been looking for a company to make a few windshield/ backwindow decals for my new business, but all I have found so far are ones where I have to select from there selection of fonts, but no one has mine. 1 place would do it, but the minimum order was like 150 pieces and $600 . Does anyone know of a place that can make a couple of these decals for me in my font for a decent price

 

thats weird. I know lots of places around me that will let you give them your font, or they will scan a picture of yours and draw it up. Plus they will make as many or few as you want.
Just look for your local sign shops.

 

I have a friend that has a sign business. He has done a few car decals before but I know he mainly has business accounts for creating signs on building windows, banners, etc. I can get his contact info if you like to see if he might be interested in doing some decals for you. Let me know. Problem is like you have found though...unless it is something that they can bang right out without much hassle...it would not be very cost effective. But I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask...you never know.

 

most local sign shops can cut that there computer in a second. did you check you local sign shops?

I had my RAIF gfx decals made from a rubbing I did of my custom made emblem... they used reflective vinyl 3 copies... maybe $40.00 (reflective vinyl is more expensive).

I would say most would scan in the custom font for $15.00 or so and windshield vinyl is usually $20 uncut. maybe for 40 the first and 20 per... guessing.

May be cheaper if you have that font on a file they can just download and use. May not cost if they can keep a copy of the font. Some can go online and order additional fonts... may cost you a download though!

Check around..they are pretty competitive... you should be able to find someone to work with you!
