Ok folks, well the "unofficial IROC Gallery" has been going strong for some months now. If you havent seen it yet, its at

The Gallery is composed of pictures i've downloaded from TGO and other sites over the years, and pics that have been submitted to me since its inception late last year. Despite its name, its not solely an IROC gallery, their are TA's and all manner of Third Gen Fbody's within, however it is all Thirdgen .

This Gallery is free, their are no banners on it, no profit to be made from it. This has been my contribution to TGO as I am not great at throwin wrenches, and have sought assistance online for many years with my car from TGO members. Furthermore I have been inspired by many of your vehicles, and began downloading pics long ago. This is my way of giving back to TGO. Thank you to those of you who have contributed knowingly, and unknowingly. I know their is a wealth of pics to be had for the gallery that people just have not had the means to post, or a reason to post. Well now here is your means and reason.

You won't be able to post your pics in this thread. If we had a "post all of your pics" thread, it would eat bandwidth and would be a horror story for 56k users among other things. Instead SEND ME YOUR PICS!

Please send me your pics, anything and everything 3rg gen Camaro and Firebird related. A few requests and understandings must be known before sending.

1. Please view the gallery - Although their may be a few repeat images in the gallery, most have no duplicates.

2. Massive collections - If you have a large collection that you would like to contribute to the gallery, please e-mail that address and let me know about the collection. I can setup a temporary FTP account for you to upload all of these files directly to the server.

3. Multiple pics in a message - My mail account will allow me to receive up to 10MB in a single message. If your pics in total exceed that size, please break them down into multiple messages and send them in smaller numbers, or refer to No. 2

4. Photoshop requests - Please, if you are wanting your name or some credit on the image, please make these modifications before you send them. I WILL NOT photoshop them for you. Too many, too little time, I am but one man.

5. I will determine what images get online - Likely, most if not all of the images sent will end up online, yet it is at my discretion to determine what gets online and what doesn't.

6. Zip it. - If you know how to zip/tar/ compress the images into an archive before sending them, please feel free.

Despite its name, its not solely an IROC gallery, their are Firebirds, TA's, and all manner of Third Gen Fbody's within, however its all Thirdgen Fbody ultimately. It was called an IROC gallery in the beginning because I have an IROC, and I just plopped my images online so I could have easy access to them.. it then developed from their to what it is now.

Alright folks, first off, thank you to everyone who has submitted their pics. I may be a little slow on the updates, but trying to sort a few hundred pics at a time isn't easy, especially when its just me. A big thanks goes out to the admins and mods on TGO for keeping this post closed and pinned for me (this post was closed and pinned by request).

A few requests

- If you are going to send me a series of pics of your car, please put your screen name in the names of the pics. This will make them easier to organize. I am making sub-galleries for those whose pictures I have many of.

- If you see your car in a sub-gallery that belongs to someone else, please add a comment to the picture or e-mail me at iroc@omnipotent-goku.com and I will take care of it.

-Their will be a lot of cars without names with sub-galleries. If you know whose car that is, please add a comment about it.

- Lude and rude comments will be deleted. Decorum comparable to that of TGO will be maintained (minus the women ). If you've nothing nice to say, then say it to yourself in the mirror and imagine that was someone was saying that about your car. Wouldn't feel nice would it? Don't be an azz, simple as that.

A: NO DAMN YOU, NO!!! THESE IMAGES ARE FOR ME, I took all of these pictures myself!! Yes, download, save em, knock urself out.

Q: How do I download images?
A: Right click - Save image as

Q: How do I download ALL of your images?
A: Right click - Save image as X4222 (this would be a gig or so of pics, not prudent to put em up as a file to download. HPB's on 56k would take days trying to download. If ya want em bad enough though, e-mail me and we will see what we can do)


Q: Will you watermark my pics?
A: No , sorry folks but that takes time I don't have and im no whiz with photoshop

Q: I have a whole mess of pics i'd like added to the gallery, how do I get them to you?
A: E-mail me and I will assist you in getting it zipped and uploaded

Q: When do you do updates ?
A: Generally on the days that the sun rises and/or falls. Usually sometime in between then. Honestly, i've no set schedule for the updates, just when I have time, or updates to add. I should note that I tend to add them in batches of 100+ or more.

Q: Why do pictures keep disappearing?
A: They are not disappearing at all, they are just being moved to different sub-categories. As more pictures become available, more sub-categories are added for the the sake of organization.

Q: Whose car is that?
A: Hell if I know, if its listed in the gallery name, perhaps I know, but unfortunatley, most people don't post their screen name in the file name. Post a "whose car is this" thread here and I am sure someone will know

Q: Who sponsors your gallery, I don't see any banners on it?
A: It seems odd that it would be so difficult to believe, but no one does. Refer to the third paragraph of my initial post.

Q: Who are those "Chics"?
A: Thats my personal Harem, I drag them along with me anytime their is a photo op. They are not their to look pretty, they are all strategically placed to prevent the sun's glare from being in the picture (honestly, no clue who they are)

Q: Can you put me on a mailing list about the updates?
A: um...no.. not yet atleast.

Q: Where are you going with this? (one of the better questions, most of these questions were from the same guy)
A: As much organization as possible. I'd just want a better representation of TG's on the web in a central location.

Q: Why isn't my car on their?
A: Quite possibly because I haven't seen it yet, these are just what i've seen over the years and what people have sent me that caught my interest. This is IROC Gallery according to Omnipotent Goku..

Q: Whats with all the photoshop'd pics ?
A: Many came from threads where people had ideas they wanted to try, so someone mocked up a photoshop of what it might look like. The threads aren't stored with the pics, but in most cases, the pics generally convey what was trying to happen. Some of them have some really interesting idea's that someone might want to try one day. One thread in particular was the Yenko Paint jobs (those pics were pretty smooth)
