bending gfx?

so im getting all this weird stuff happening to my ground effects...its all like bending out. see attached pic

and also im getting a bad gap in the tail light above the bumper

im getting worried about it. could the bent gfx be caused by rust under it all cracking the plastic on the inside. in htat pic there is visible rust but its happening all around the car and is worst in that spot. and also the gap in the tail light from bumper could that be caused by constantly driving up a 45degree slanted driveway? when i am approaching the slant i come up to it at an angle, so my front pasanger tire starts to climb then once the drivers front tire is on the slant i crank the wheel to the right and usually get both front wheels on the slant at the same time. i wish i could avoid going up it but i cant cuz its my girl freinds house. hte closest parking on flat land is around a corner and in pitch black at night time. sorry for it bein so long.

The top pic looks like the paint is scratched, perhaps the previous owner hit something and warped the panel. The bottom pic could just be caused from time, heat, or maybe its missing a mounting tab. Our GFX can never rust, but they can become deformed by heat or impact. The body the GFX attaches to can rust. Mounting tabs can break off. You're gonna have to pull the bumper and sideskirt to see whats up.
