finished polishing my rims..
..well actually using Autosol to clean them up. Apprently they were sent out and professionally polished seven or eight years ago. They were pretty dirty with minor pitting and unbelievably stubborn water spots. I spend an average of just more than an hour per rim. I'll clean them up a bit better when I get more time and actually remove them from the car. My fingers and neck are sore from trying to polish them while they're still on the car.
I think they turned out alright. It was hard to get a good picture, they look much better in person. Don't mind the car itself, its filthy. How'd they turn out?

I thought the paint was pretty good.. no need for a wet sanding?

The wheels look awesome.
A good wetsanding and buff job can work miracles, trust me. Unless that's the factory paint, then you'll just screw it up.

wow you guys have good eyes because I didn't even notice the bit of orange peel...
will a cut polish do the trick, or will I have to wet sand?
thanks for the compliments on the rims... it took alot of effort to get them to shine like that.
