I've got the mag i was wondering also if they belonged to anyone here. I haven't seen either of the cars before but with as many members that are on this board that are lurkers like myself. It's hard to say if they are.
scan and post some pics. I've seen that mag in the past, but not even the local barnes and noble has it...
40,000+ members, probably only a couple thousand or so post regularly... I bet there is a lot of badass cars owned by people that lurk. I think they need to come out of there hole and share their car with the rest of us. heh

Anyway dude, are you sure you are able to subscribe? The only subscription cards mine ever have are for Chevy High Performance and such, never for Camaro Performers. I looked online, too, no luck.

alot of people say that which i enjoy, my car is setup for pro-touring. pull out the 3,000 watt stereo and put either the drag stip 16's or the road course 17's and you can do what ever you want with full race suspension, 6 pt cage 400 horse motor. but that's respectible, everyone has their own tastes which is why there are different cars out there. the whole idea is what makes the hobby fun as no two cars are truly alike. i built my car to do anything out there except jump ditches, it just so happens it's nice enough to show.

thats what i would have done, skipped the huge stereo, put on some nice wide 17's wheels, paint the car black (
), and add a supercharged or turbo'd 388. nitrous is nice but i would like to have a blower or turbo. shootin for 600hp at the wheels at least. 8 point cage for me. LOL and lots of extra goodies.anyway, that magazine looks pretty good. i've been wanting to get some other ones than Hot Rod, and Chevy high performance
would not mind some hi res copys sent too belyk85@hotmail.com thanks........

Well I too phoned today to subscribe to this magazine. The lady informed me that the publisher had intended to sell subscriptions to this magazine but had later decided against it. This is why for one month only they included the inserts for subscriptions. Primedia is not taking subscriptions at this time, however, that may change in the future.

done.. but I scanned this one pic to use as a wallpaper.. thought others might enjoy too.
...so how about that IROC with the 20's on it.. the 20's actually don't look that bad!

nice...
notice how a side shot of the black/red one isn't really shown?
the staggered size just doesn't work for most on these cars but it's still a nice looking car.
i like the black one... both are on their way to being a great car.

ya the red one has a more defined stagger, 18 and 20 i think. the black car also has different sized rims, 17f and 18r - but you can hardly tell the difference in the side shot.
are you finding much of a difference now riding on 19's as compared to 18's?

I get that magazine. Notice how at the end of the article of the red/black Camaro they talk about how stock the engine is. Good ol' L98's never fail.
