to the intellagent ppl of the message board

i know i spelled intellagent wrong but i wanted to know if there was a big difference between black and metalic black cause i am thinking about painting my car metalic black instead of its normal black cause the black has faded

I am not overly intelligent but there is a difference between the two colors. There are also many variations of metallic black, some actually have so much metallic it looks gray.

Another option would be black with a different color of metallic flake in it like blue or somethin. I've never seen it, but in my mind's eye it looks killer

Go to an automotive paint supply shop and figure out what colors you might like, then have them mix you up a spray can and you can test it on a piece of scrap metal and see how it'll look. It's only about $8 a can so it's not gonna leave your wallet smoking.
