Car Cover FAQ

Any you guys had any problems with covers?

I have had my car under a cover in the garage all winter? Will having it covered up in the garage do it more harm then good?

Will moisture get trapped and make it prone to rust? Mine is a cheap grey Autozone cover for $19.99 says its breathable?

I'm paranoid because my 2000 4 Runner I had a bug guard on for four years and took it off the other day and my whole front of my hood has holed of rust that I had no idea about I have taken such good care of it and can't believe that happened.

i would personally park the car on top of a tarp...then put the cover on and put small plates on the floor with baking soda on them to absorb moisture....but the car wont rust over winter...

the only reason the 4 runner did what it did was it trapped moisture in small areas
