Any pics of 3rd gen w/ Torque Thrust II's..?

I'm trying to decide what wheels to get - and really like the TTII's and wonder if anybody happens to have pics of a thirdgen with 17" or 18" Torque Thrusts II's on it...?

Thanks,

Ken

I've always loved those wheels, and that's what I was wanting to get for my car. Thanks for the pics, I'm sure I want them now.

Oh yeah, here's the pic, from his post:

Pretty sweet, huh?

How do you think they would look on my 1983 TA? Do you think they would look as good as they do on that camaro? That car is so beautiful and looks bad *** . How much do those rims go for?

WOW! Those look great. Anyone know the size and backspacing? The backs look like they might stick out just a little to far but it is hard to tell in the picture.

I might be selling my chrome IROC wheels after seeing that.

HOLY BEJESUS! those look ****in awesome...im buying some i can tel you that much. i was also wondering what they would look like on my 'maro hehehe ill be the local bad@$$ check out www.americanracing.com for pricing and specs i've got an article from car craft on those rims on our 'maros and 'birds. 255/45 17's with 4.5 backspacing all the way around; the same 255's up front woth 285/45 17's on the rears with 5.5 inches of backspacing; and finally 275/45 17's all the way around with 5.5 inches of backspacing on all fours(and best of all:no rubbing with any of these three setups) it looks like the guy in the pic has the 255/285 setup goin on

ok i've got a question. when i go with the 255/285 setup i know i will need to add 1 inch more backspacing on the rears and use the stock setting on the front. heres the question: if i put a 4th gen rear into my car, would i still have to get 5.5 inches of backspacing or could i leave it at 4.5 since the new rear adds an inch to both sides? oh yeah.....one more question...how much will my speedo be off if i switch 245/50 16's to 255-285/45 17's? how much for swapping 3.73's from 2.73's?

With the wider fourth gen rear, I believe you would need even more backspacing than the third gen rear would require. Otherwise the rim would stick out that much farther from your quarter panel.
