Cheap fix to remove these marks?

Is there a cheap way to remove these marks, I dont want to have to paint the car to remove these marks cuz that would cost a lot of money, and I'm really more concerned with getting the car fixed and performance more than appearance at this point.

McGuires 3 step seems to work pretty good. It won't make it look perfect but you'll notice a huge difference. You can find it at your local autozone or some place like that.

invest in a buffing wheel and some rubbing compound / polish.. that will get pretty much everything on the surface out. If you need to go deeper, 1500/2000 grit wetsand. then buff it back out. Then touch up any places where the paint is chipped.

If it is mostly gunk/glue on the surface, rubbing compund and some elbow grease should do the trick
