Attention: Black Camaro's and Birds o' Prey:

Do you have a Black paint scheme and have added a secondary color to your overall vehicle??? (engine, suspension, interior, etc)

I'm thinking of adding some color level of 'Blue' to accent my 88 IROC. Do you have pictures that show an overall complimentary color scheme? I'd love to see what you've found that really works well and subtle- something that gives some 'pop' without saying "I shop at Kragen Auto".

My woman's G35 has a hint of Orange stitching to the interior and although it's subtle, it really catches the eye.

Also, I'm open to suggestions on what parts to detail as I start to include the secondary/complimentary color. Thanks A Bunch, Nitro

i'm using red as my accent color, as found on the windshield banner and the "Z28" ZR1 center caps, and i'm debating on painting my new strut tower brace red or black not sure which one yet

p.s.- the silver pinstripes are gone now, so disregard those

I'm using just your basic black with a few accents of satin and polished aluminum under the hood and just a couple of polished accents in the interior, mainly the steering wheel and billet hub. Sorry, no updated pics as of yet as it's still in progress.

I def. want to see pics of what you deside to do with the interior. I'm going with blue badges and a hackey stripes on a black car. I'm thinking for the interior get the seat inserts in blue and a blue guage cluster or guages and blu accents on the steering wheel like posted above

RE: subtle color introducting to black cars....

Ahhh, these are perfect responses. A picture speaks volumes and what's been posted so far is tasteful and not garish or loud. I appreciate seeing what you all have been doing.

Have any of you taken your complimentary color and added it to your brake calipers yet? I was wondering if we could get away with something other than standard 'red' (unless of course, red is your choice of color accent).

Thanks a bunch! Nitro

I think the color matched calipers is one of the best things you can do to the exterior and it makes them more obvious without being out of place

Black Exterior with red exterior. I recently changed the floormats to black so now it looks really good IMO.
