gta wheel replicas
I have seen companies in some mags that offer replica rims of the Iroc, z-r1, and mustangs rims. Does anyone know of a company that makes a replica of the rims used on the gta's ? Around here it is very hard to find a decent set of these rims used. All are pitted from the salt used on the roads in the winter or have curb rash bad on them.
Also I am doing a formula conversion on my 86 bird. I have the power buldge hood that I bought the other day and I will soon be buying a wrap around spoiler. Probably like the ones used on the 91 and 92 modles since mine has the third brake light up on the back glass. It will be repainted white. I would like to see some pics of white formulas with the cross lace rims on them. Or any other rim with a black center a polished lip. Then again I may just buy some 17" torque thrust.

you might want to go with torque thrusts...nobody and i do mean NOBODY makes GTA wheels most likely bec of their intracacy...i contacted boyd coddington wheels and asked them how much it would cost for them to make me a set in a bigger size and they said because of the intracacy it would be 2000 bucks...............A WHEEL.
so you might want to go a diff route

Sometime back there was a post about Hawk's possibly having 17" GTA wheels produced for sale but it apparently fell through. I agree with the TT2 recommendation as I went that route myself. Other than GTAs there's no better looking wheel for a third gen bird that these. I recently replaced my GTAs with a set of 17" TT2s.----------
I also have these for sale if you're interested.
