Looking for anyone who is running an SS hood and a HSR in a camaro. I just need to know if it will clear without hitting anything. I am running poly mounts too. Even if someone can get me a measurement of how much space there is from the bottom of the hood to the top of the TB on either the HSR setup or the stock TPI setup, that would help out a little bit. I just dont want to buy a new hood and find out if dont fit

I dont see why it wouldnt, they clear a stock Camaro hod with ease and the SS one sits a good 2 inches higher at the point where most contact the hood. I hope mine will clear my stock hood on my GTA because I dont want to put another hood on it.

 

there are issues witht he HSR and poly motor mounts. The poly mounts raise the engine up quite a bit. I just sold my cowl hood and the TB will not allow me to shut the stock hood.

the headlight buckets are getting painted black. its on the list along with tint and a new SS hood.
