I don't like the extensions, they are way too low. I kinda like the yellow spashes on the bottom one. Looks like somebody dropped a bucket of paint on it.

well if you want my opinion, i went to your webpage, and it looks like the top one is an extension of the ground effects? i dont think that would be a good idea, youl be scrapping the bottom a lot...

also, i dont think any of those paint schemes look good at all...i dont think it looks like, and makes your great looking firebird right now turn into a firebird with an *** paint job...

my 2 cents...

I probably won't ever do it but i think it could be pretty cool on a drag car.
Here are some more for others to look at. I like these the best.

I agree the paint thing is alittle harsh. Something like Purple ghost flames on a Candy Brandywine would be sweet as it wouldn't take away from the smooth body lines. As for the extended Ground Effects it looks good but way to low to the ground and there goes your paint!

You are wrong. Both spoilers are stock and they did have them in 85. The RPO code for it is "D81 : SPOILER, RR, AEROWING" I believe if you look you will find that a lot of 85 TA's have them spoilers. I do know the spoiler you are talking about. Here are some more 85 TA's with this spoiler.

the spoiler thats supposed to be on the 85 trans am is the flat style like the one on the baseline model firebirds. The wrap around didnt come out unitl 86.

Hey 89, the aerowing WAS a stock item in 85, I have one on mine too... although they didn't come out until the latter part of the 85 run... might want to check your facts first.

ONEFINE8T9, he has the code for the aero wing, I typed into thirdgen's RPO decoder after getting it off the car myself.

Yes, and that's not odd at all. Some got CARBs and some got TPI's, is that odd? Same with wheels 15's and 16's is that odd? Paint color?
