so instead of spending a fortune on the clears i decicde to try this. i just used the transparent red so it still lights up fine. i just hope i dont get pulled for having red lights on the front

I did that to mine awhile ago, I liked it. I got pulled over for many things, and that has never come up. I used translucent red I got in the model aisle at Walmart.
