Are the IROC fog light lens interchangeable?

My driver's side fog light lens is cracked. I am wondering if the sides are interchangeable. In other words, if I find a left side replacement (passenger side), will it work on the driver's side if you flip it?

thanks!
Brandon

Note that there's a tab on top of the light housing through which a screw passes (behind it is a spring). This allows the light to be aimed. Turning the housing over would eliminate that possibility—and I assume the light would flop about some.
