Bad-Newz: That is a great looking Camaro. Is that white a metallic or pearlescent paint job? Kind of looks like it. If so pls post more pix since I'm thinking about getting mine painted kind of a metallic white.

Its actually a pearl white... The story is... I bought the car in ok shape but it needed a paint job. But right after I bought the car I lost my job. So when I went to paint it I had to go cheaper than wanted to. I had always liked the colour GM artic white but then I decided I wanted something a little darker. I went to the paint shop and basically what they told me was if I wanted that color or to match the orignal color of the paint, it would cost more (which I couldnt afford at the time) so this was the result. Actually looks better than I thought when I park it beside my white 88' base coupe you can really see how they differ and how unique the paint is... Joined: Jun 2006

His hood is a lift off. So, I am sure it is just sitting there.
Best picture I got so far of my white w/gold '87 Iroc is in my sig. But, it was repainted some time ago, shows its age in spots. Was repainted correctly to the way it came from the factory with decals, but the headlight bezels never got painted black. Otherwise it all looks correct. I have owned two white camaros now. All your cars look awesome. -Nick.

85 T/A Ive had it since around 2000 and it still looks like this. I put a motor in it but the person who built it didnt do it right and it went bam at 6000 miles so Im working on the engine again. I have a bad back and carpal tunnel pretty bad so I work real real slow.
Notice the giant dent in the rear quarter thats gonna be a pain to get out. Hopefully I can get hold of a porta power to push it out.
Leaks and gets an inch or two of water on the passenger floorboard. Rust in that area. The windshield seal is messed up and some rust there dont know how Im gonna fix that. Needs lots of love and TLC fortunately I have 3 other things to drive while this one sits and gets worked on.

Chances are a body shop would just do the same thing. Call a windshield replacement company.

stocker (pretty much)

What she looks like now is unknown. I haven't seen her in almost a month. Body shop is really giving her a body overhaul.
This is just a "lastest pic". Before the 3" Cervini hood was slapped on.

IGNORE THE LAMBO HINGES. I went back to stock hinges.
Oh, I also have fenders now, lol. Can't wait to see what you guys think.

Sorry to ruin everybody's enjoyment...Halloween night (Monday)on the way home. Deer suck! Since it was night time, I'm betting the only thing that keep it from hitting the windshield so hard, was the headlight slowing, redirecting it's path.
I'll post pics soon (hopefully tomorrow!) to show reconstruction progress.
