alright so Im on my quest for new wheels (yes I did 3 searches) and was thinking what would the old school 60s 70s and even 80 style 15 inch pontiac rally wheels look like on a third gen? I think with some fat rubber they wouldnt look bad, plus they are a steal on ebay : ) so if you have pics of 15 inch rally style wheels on a thirdgen bird show the pics so that I can see thanks! also how was the fitiment? I looked em up and they should fit but I dunno thanks!

Aweful. I've seen a few thirdgen Camaros with them, and it looks all wrong. Stick those rally wheels on an early 80s malibu and it's amazing how good they look, but on a thirdgen, no way.

 

well Id never seen em on a bird, sometimes things that dont look right at first look great after their actually on the car you know? just wanted to get a feel for it.

 

On a bird? they never even came on older Pontiacs!

 

i'm so happy to see this thread! i have 6 pontiac rally wheels sitting in my basement garage...been trying to get rid of them for a while now

my dad had an old T/A with them they still have the pontiac shield or w/e you wanna call it on them


and personally i think they'd look cool on a 3rd gen bird

 

Id have to agree, jimiroc I think youve been mislead they def. came on older pontiacs. reason Im lookin for pics is that Ive never really seen em on a bird and I think the old style mixed with a little modern would look kinda cool, anybody good at photoshops?
