they work good, but you'll need to do some fab work to make it look like it belongs in your car. also, the two grips are the same, though from different angles.

i like the look of the hust shifter too but if you can live with the t grip from b&m you'd be better off cause they make one to fit the third gen

if i was to run an aftermarket shifter, i'd go w/ a hurst dual gate myself.

personally, unless i change the tranny in my car, i'm sticking with the stock shifter...i put a b&m gate in it, but i just prefer the stock look.
