My 92 RS paint is ok, but will need to be repainted soon to look new. (lots of swirls and a few small shallow scratches.) It NEEDS to look new again...I refuse to be one of those guys with the beat to death third gen. When they shine like new they are some of the best looking cars on the road.....but when they are neglected....well you have seen them. Anyhow about how much is the average paint job....no rust, dents, or any special needs. Just a quality repaint to factory specs... Purple Haze Metallic

 

I was quoted 2500 for a repaint no body work. From a private owne body shop not some maaco or something.

mine paint job was $315.00 at maaco haha. Its been on there 4 years, on the plastic, like under the headlights, and a little on the bumper, its starting to crack, but i think i may be the only person who can see it. After i give it a good wash im sure i could still go out and convince people it was painted within the last couple months, looks great.

 

can i see pics of that 315 paint job i was thinkin about maaco..i want a 2 tone tho like for down on the body kit how much would that run me?

 

i tried to post 1 but it says because i put it in another thread it wont let me use it but it wasnt that good anyway, ive been meaning to take some new pictures so i was planning on doing that tomorrow, as soon as i get them ill post it up.

 

Ok, finally got my car back from the machenic. Sorry these pictures really suck but the only camera working was my video camera so i had to take still shots with it.
